Thanks for shopping 2D Creations. These are the practical terms for buying from us — written the way we'd want to read them, not with legal fine print. By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms.

Purchases

  • All orders are made through this website (2dcreations.com). We accept payments only as offered at checkout.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything except sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.
  • Order confirmation is an agreement — we confirm by email, and the email from hello@2dcreations.com is your receipt.

Ships & timelines

  • Catalog pieces (finished hats, boards, smokers, flags, trivets) ship in 1–2 weeks.
  • Custom pieces are made to order and usually take 1–3 weeks — your quote email includes an expected delivery date.
  • Holidays and busy seasons can add a little time. If we're running late, we’ll tell you — check in with us any time.

Accountability

  • We’re responsible for the piece from the moment we ship it until it's delivered with the tracking you see in your order emails.
  • If something arrives damaged in transit, please tell us within 30 days with a quick photo — we'll work with the carrier and make it right.
  • Pricing and inventory change as we go. If we can't fulfill your order (a piece sold out, a material ran short), we’ll notify you and refund you in full — your choice.

Our products & your use

  • Wooden pieces are food-safe, finished with food-safe oil — see care instructions that ship with each board or trivet.
  • These are handcrafted goods, not mass production. Slight variations in grain, tone, and finish are part of the character of the piece — not a defect.
  • Use reasonable care. We stand behind our workmanship (below), but everyday wear, weathering, or misuse isn't something a warranty can cover.

Workmanship warranty & returns

Full details are on our Warranty & Returns page. In short: catalog pieces have a 30-day return window; custom pieces are final sale; and all pieces carry a 1-year workmanship warranty.
