We ship across the United States from our shop in Texas. Here's what to expect.

Processing & timeframes

• Catalog pieces (finished hats, boards, smokers, flags, trivets) ship in 1–2 weeks from your order. Many are ready sooner — we'll email you a tracking number the moment they're on their way.
• Custom pieces are made to order and usually take 1–3 weeks. Your quote email includes an expected delivery date, and we'll keep you posted if anything shifts.
• Holidays and peak seasons can add a few days. We'd rather tell you early than surprise you late — if your order is time-sensitive, mention it in your message.

Shipping costs & methods

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location; rates for oversized or heavy pieces (like large cutting boards) are quoted with your order.
• We use reliable carriers (typically UPS, USPS, or FedEx) and include a tracking number in your shipping confirmation.

Damage & missing items

If your piece arrives damaged or something is missing, send us a photo and your order number at hello@2dcreations.com within 30 days. We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
